• Terms and Conditions:
  Arrival and departure date have to be stated at the point of reservation and may not be changed. The pitch is at your disposal from 3 p.m. and has to be vacated by 1 p.m. on the day of departure. The pitch has to be occupied between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m., otherwise it will be reserved for somebody else starting from the next day.

The management reserves the right to make reservations based on availability. The receipt of a booking form is not binding (= deposit required). The pitch is assigned by management, whereby they try to fulfil the wishes of guests wherever possible. We can therefore not guarantee that you will be assigned a certain pitch. The pitch may not be changed! The deposit will not be refunded in case of early departure, regardless of the reason. In case of cancellation the deposit will be refunded as follows: 50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to arrival. The deposit will not be refunded in case of later cancellation. It is not allowed to transfer a reserved pitch to somebody else or to transfer the pitch to somebody else in case of early departure.

Please note that your personal data will be treated according to the privacy law 196/2003.

(Arrival from 3 p.m. – Departure by 1 p.m.) If you do not arrive on the booked arrival day, the management reserves the right to rent the pitch starting from the next day. The deposit will not be refunded in that case. In case of cancellation of a reservation the deposit will be refunded as follows:

• 90% of the deposit if cancellation occurs at least 90 days prior to arrival.
• 50 % of the deposit if cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to arrival.
• No refund if cancellation occurs later than stated above.

In case of early departure the minimum fee (pitch plus 2 people) for each reserved day will be charged. Please note that during peak season reservations are only possible for a minimum stay of two weeks. If the pitch you reserved is free before your expected arrival or after your planned departure date, you can extend your stay. On the other hand you are obliged to vacate the pitch if it is already reserved after your planned date of departure.
